My first full day back at work (I’ve been doing a few hours a day since Monday), and here I am goofing off online. Oh well. It’s so hard to leave home and not just hold Isaac all day. As Gina said this morning, that’s something to look forward to weekends for.

Labor and birth is hazy. I remember feeling completely helpless, wishing there was some way I could help Tiffany to get this done. All I could do is be there to support her, pour water on her back, help her change positions, etc. How do women do this in the hospital?
