We are now officially down, not just by two doc appointments, but by two specialists!  Isaac will n longer have to see the orthopedic surgeon (until he breaks an arm or a leg, face it, he’s my child, it will happen!) or the hematologist.

Dr. Cushing, our hematologist, has declared that Isaac has quirky blood and hyperactive lymphnodes.  He will have a yearly CBC.  If his platelet counts ever exceed 900,000/mL of blood then we go back!

We now just have one more appointment this week, and if all goes well (meaning, mild apnea is confirmed) then we are probably free of two more specialists!  However, we won’t get these results for probably 2-3 weeks.  We’ll let you know when we have ‘em.

Please pray that his little hand keeps healing.  So far, so good!  He is doing great and actually held a toy and used the pincher grasp yesterday for the first time since Monday afternoon.
